Summary

The project is based on a bottom-up approach that involves graduates and universities in order to modernize and develop the higher education system within sociey, strenghtening the links between academia and firms, and improving at the same time the efficacy of the academic supply. 

The Project provides local companies with an innovative online tool for the assessment and recruitment of qualified human capital, granting the possibility to mobilize several search parameters so as to select among the certified CVs available on Vietnamese graduates’ database the candidate that best fits the company needs.
